Connecting to Microsoft 365 can be done using two different methods. See below for a more detailed description of each.

Azure Enterprise App​

Connecting as an App will give Smartsign Room direct access to the needed data in your tenant without any further configuration necessary. It will have access to both current and future rooms automatically.
To install the app requires a global administrator in your Microsoft 365 tenant.

Service account​

Using a service account requires some additional configuration, but also provides the possibility for more detailed access controls. The service account requires full access to all room calendars that you want to use with Smartsign room.
